ME 102
Control contacts (optional)
a) Momentary contact dependent on
speed when number 0000 has been reached (length of contact during one digit).
Contact duration e.g. for 3000 digits / min = 15 ms. We recommend using
the control contact as latched contact, as described under b), in case
of speeds higher than 3000 digits/min
b) Latched contact when switching
from 0000 to 9999, i.e. the preset value is to be reduced by one when selected.
The contact remains latched until the counter is reset.
Leader contact (pre-contact)
Possible with additional unchanged
pre-contact as momentary contact dependent on speed. The pre-contact can
be set to any value you desire.
The main contact is then designed
as latched contact.
ME 230
Unchangeable pre-contact
The counter may be equipped with an
unchangeable pre-contact. Please note that the main contact can only be
initiated when the counter switches from 00000 to 99999. The preset value
will be reduced by one when selected. The pre-contact is designed as switching
(latched) contact. The pre-contact can be set to any value you desire.
ME 280
Double presetting
Counters equipped with two presets
allow the preselection of 2 different values. They start adding at
zero and activate a contact as soon as each of the preset values has been
reached.
It is therefore possible to initiate
two subsequent control sequences. To repeat the counting in the same sequence,
you only need to push the reset lever once.
Preselection
Push the lateral lever, keep it in
this position and then key in the value required in the sequence of your
choice.
As soon as the preselection is completed,
return the lateral lever to its initial position. This will lock the keys
thus impairing any modification of the preset value should a key be inadvertently
pushed.
Key reset
The reset button is locked on counters
with key reset. It can only be operated by using the flat key supplied.
Reset to zero
The counter is set to the value 0000
by pushing the button and/or through an electric pulse.
Reset to initial value
The counter is set back to the preset
value by pushing the button and/or through an electric pulse.
Pre contact
An unchangeable pre-contact (switching
contact) that is activated prior to the main contact
at an optional, fixed value. |
